This is an example of a parent page.

Fundamentals training

In your Drupal 7 fundamentals training, we asked you to create a basic and structured page (and save it with your initials so you can navigate to it again if needed). As part of the exercise you should choose a parent page.

The parent serves as the top level page for content you create underneath it (child pages).

In the activity, remember to choose 'Parent page' when you're creating your page. That will link your page to this one, and you'll see any child pages of this one in the local navigation on the right hand side of this page.

Site builder training

For site builder training, we asked you to create a new panel page and add it to the menu. Remember to select 'Parent page' when you choose the menu item. You can navigate to your page by hovering over 'Parent page' in the main menu.
